Property Leasing

Along with meeting your moving needs we offer Property Leasing (upon availability). A doube-bay garage with ample square footage and front and back entrances is enhanced by a black top drive in the rear with additional outside parking and storage. We also offer a single-bay garage with front and back entrances and plenty of square footage for large vehicles.

Property Leasing is available in our warehouse, too. Here, items can be stored and secured indoors. We currently have two areas in our warehouse that provide large amounts of storage including a loading dock and forklift available to store freight and skids.

Double-Bay Garage

Our two-bay garage is currently leased by the City of Springboro School District to help meet their garage school busing needs. There is ample room for maintenance and repair on any of the school buses along with plenty of parking in the back to temporarily park buses that require attention.

Single Bay Garage

We offer a single bay garage with front and back entrances with plenty of room for large vehicles.

Warehouse Leasing

Here a customer stores an abundance of materials and supplies in one of our two warehouse areas available for lease.

At the rear of our warehouse is a loading dock that enables easier storage of skids, freight and crates. In this warehouse there is a plenty of room to store oversized items like the the skids pictured above.
